Another company came out the day before and saying we needed to replace the entire Baldwin lock which they didn't have. We were told we would get an estimate the following day. Communication was not good. So, I called AA All American. Spoke to Gabriel who sent Cosmo right away, who arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Not only was he able to fix just the area of the lock that needed it, he also had the part with him. The result was much less cost as well. He was very familiar with this type of door hardware. I Highly recommend using this company will do so again in the future if needed.
