The town of Trumbull, Connecticut is located in Fairfield County and is surrounded by the towns of Monroe, Shelton, Stratford, Bridgeport, Fairfield, and Easton. It was originally the home of the Golden Hill Paugussett Indian Nation and was colonized by English settlers as part of Stratford in the Great Migration of the 1630s.
A village called Unity was established in 1725. It was combined with the village of Long Hill in 1744 to form the Society of North Stratford. Trumbull was granted the status of a town in 1797 and was named after Jonathan Trumbull, who was a governor and a supporter of George Washington in the Revolutionary War.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience. Our problem: a front door lock mechanism that broke, in such a way that the door would not open. Excellent and timely service. They have real people who speak English answering the phone; Not some foreign answering service.
